I had problems logging into the admin account, but, when I managed, was hit by Windows 10 configuration and update dialogues. Some minutes later, I was in, but the link etc had been stored in the other account! I had to access that using admin privileges etc.

Found the link and used it. Was connected to a different agent. Had to tell him the problem and what had been done. That did not stop him repeating the first agents actions. When that had failed a number of times he backed up the registry and started deleting keys, then installer scripts, then tmp files etc. Another reboot and another installation failure and so it went on. Finally the agent admitted defeat, "I have tried all trouble shooting steps, but still unable to do. I shall provide you a link please use it.

They shall surely help you with the issue. So I was back here at midnight looking for answers. Nothing helpful found, but I did find a hint which I followed up on Google. Active topics.
